The Buyer agrees to pay for the kitten and any associated shipping costs. You agree that the kitten will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision. You commit to caring for the kitten humanely and responsibly, which includes providing adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. You understand and agree that while the Breeder guarantees the kitten’s temperament at the time of sale, the breeder is not responsible for any future damages or injuries caused by the kitten. You also give the breeder permission to contact you at reasonable times to ensure the kitten is being properly cared for. You agree to be responsible for the kitten’s well-being and to provide all necessary care to the best of your ability. The Seller guarantees the kitten is of sound health and eligible for registration with the relevant cat registry, if applicable. A complete health record including vaccinations and de-worming will be provided by the seller. The Buyer agrees to take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt for a thorough examination. Should the veterinarian diagnose any health issues directly attributable to the breeder, supported by a signed written statement, the kitten may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. The Seller agrees to cover the return shipping costs. If at any time the buyer can no longer keep the kitten, the breeder must be notified and given the first option to reclaim the kitten so they can find it a new home. The buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked, provided the kitten is returned with all papers and medical records. Should any circumstances arise that affect the kitten’s quality of life, the breeder must be informed to help decide the best course of action. The breeder reserves the right to approve or prohibit any transfer of ownership to a third party. Under no circumstances may the kitten be sold, leased, traded, or given to any pet shop, research facility, animal shelter, or similar establishment.
